Organized play

Chronicles of the Arcanum

Pathfinder Society and Starfinder Society, run in two game shops and on a virtual tabletop. New players welcome, every single time.

Where we play

Schedules live on Warhorn. Sign up there and a seat is yours.

For the dates themselves, the calendar reads those schedules live. The online tables run on three Foundry servers — Guinness, Stout and Harp. How to sit down at one. If you want to know what organized play actually is first, start here.
III

Never played before?

Then you are exactly who organized play is built for.

A Society scenario is a self-contained adventure that runs in one sitting, usually four or five hours. You do not need to have played last time, you do not need to come back next time, and you do not need to know anybody at the table.

You also do not need a character. Paizo publishes pregenerated characters — complete, level-appropriate, ready to play — and there are always some on hand. Pick one up, play it for the session, and if you enjoy yourself the credit carries over to a character of your own later.

What to bring: yourself. Dice and a pencil are nice; we have spares of both.

What the Chronicles are

Two campaigns
Pathfinder Society 2e and Starfinder Society 2e. Fantasy and science fantasy, same organized-play structure.
Progress that travels
Play anywhere in the world and it counts. Your character and your Chronicle sheets come with you.
Reported and tracked
Sessions are reported to Paizo, so credit follows you whether you played in Dawsonville, Johns Creek or online.
Run by a GM who wants you there
Tables are open to new and experienced players alike, and the table tents carry QR codes for Warhorn and for pregens if you turn up cold.

Everything in one place

The links I hand out most often, so you do not have to go looking.

Book a seat

Cayden’s Keg
My online lodge — PFS2 and SFS on Foundry, playable from anywhere. Dates on the calendar.
Level Up Dawsonville
The home table, in the shop, north metro.
Level Up Johns Creek
The southern table, same campaign.
AtlantaPFS Lodge
The whole regional schedule — every venue in the metro, not just mine.

Turn up without a character

Pathfinder pregens
Free, level-appropriate, ready to play. Paizo’s Get Started page links them and needs no account — unlike the pregenerated-characters page, which asks you to sign in.
Starfinder pregens
The same, for the science-fantasy side.

Conventions

Four a year, in and around Atlanta. I run tables at some and turn up as a player at others — which is which changes year to year, so the schedule is the place to look rather than this page.

Dragon Con
Labor Day weekend, downtown Atlanta. Enormous and multi-genre — tabletop is one floor of it rather than the point of it, but that floor runs all night. Next: 3–7 September 2026
LUG Con
Level Up Games’ own convention, at the Gas South Convention Center in Duluth. The same shops I run weekly tables in, scaled up to four days. Next: 1–4 October 2026
Dice + Diversions
A tabletop convention at the Marriott Northwest at Galleria — smaller, board-game heavy, and easy to actually get a seat at. Next: 11–13 March 2027
Southern-Fried Gaming Expo
Mid-July at the Cobb Galleria. Arcade cabinets, pinball and console history downstairs, tabletop alongside it. Next: 16–18 July 2027
Dates checked against each convention’s own site on 5 September 2026. Conventions move; if one of these has drifted, believe the organiser and not me. What I am actually running at any of them shows up on the calendar once it is booked.
