The workshop
Grey Wolf Games is one person’s workshop. I run Pathfinder Society and Starfinder Society games as the Chronicles of the Arcanum, across two game shops and a virtual tabletop, and I build small tools when running a game turns up something that ought to exist and does not.
Everything here is free and stays free. No accounts, no analytics, no trackers, no third-party requests on any page — not as a stance, just because none of it is needed and all of it costs somebody something.
Why the tools exist
Each one started as a problem at a table. The encounter tracker exists because the Cosmere RPG’s turn order does not fit a normal initiative list. The Wayfinder exists because character creation has more moving parts than a sheet of paper holds comfortably. Ars Arcana exists because I am reading the Cosmere for the first time and wanted to know how far in I actually was. The pack simulators exist because my son wanted to open boosters.
What I will not do
These tools reproduce names, numbers, prices and mechanics — the facts you need to play. They do not reproduce rules text or flavour writing from books people paid for. Where a fact is unconfirmed, the tool says so rather than guessing quietly.
What's changing
Every tool keeps a one-line build stamp in its own footer. The full history of what changed and when, across all of them, lives on the Site Updates page.
