II
What is in it
- Era-accurate boosters
- An Alpha pack is not a modern pack. The simulator uses the slot structure that belonged to each period rather than flattening thirty years into one shape.
- Set-locked pools
- Every card in a pack comes from the set the pack is from. No cross-set contamination, which is the usual failing of a quick simulator.
- A real binder
- What you pull is kept on the device. Browse it by set and by colour, and see how much of a set you have turned up.
- No duplicates in a pack
- Harder than it sounds. A thin rarity pool used to produce three copies of one card; the picker now scans exhaustively and falls through to a neighbouring rarity rather than giving up.

from your browser straight to Scryfall.
