Understand the basics

Getting there
Flights & lodging, then arrival in Salt Lake City.
Hotels
- Hyatt Regency is the host hotel! It's attached to the Salt Palace; access the convention without going outside.
From the airport to downtown
Light rail runs between SLC International and downtown. Find the airport TRAX station outside Door 1A on the terminal's ground level (follow signs).
Programming & rooms
- Salt Palace map: Most panels will be in Hall E (Roshar), the Grand Ballroom (Scadrial), Room 250 (Lumar), or Room 251 (The Hearth/The Library)
- Rooms WILL NOT be cleared between panels. For popular speakers, arrive early!
New for 2026: ALL signing sessions for major/limited guests, including Brandon Sanderson, are assigned via lottery. You will need to sign up manually! (The original guide says "206"; corrected to 2026.)
Game Room (Detritus, Room 155) (per Leap schedule; fan guide said TBD)
A free tabletop library (over 2,000 board games, courtesy of SaltCon), TCGs and TTRPGs will be available.
